We are the trusted partner of general contractors, M&E contractors, specifiers, panels builders…, to guarantee to our end-users’ customers (Colocation, Hyperscalers, IT departments…) the success of the commissioning of their datacenters’ projects. We rent high quality products with a huge set off additional services (connected products, data reporting, commissioning support, installation/deinstallation…).

The company headquarter is in France however Rentaload has as well its own subsidiaries in Germany and UK, and several partnerships across all Europe. Last year the company opened a new subsidiary in USA.

Job summary

To support our European growth, Rentaload is looking for a Nordic representative, based in Sweden.

It is an exciting challenge in fast-growing environment with a strong focus on trade strategies and projects management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and follow existing customer portfolio.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/partners.
  • • Develop the customer portfolio by prospecting.
  • Conduct continues market survey in your sector.
  • Maintain a constant watch on the competition and pass on useful information to the Marketing/R&D departments.
  • Participate in defining of sales strategy of your sector.
  • Actively contribute to prescript and promote Rentaload products and solutions among relevant stakeholders.
  • Establishing and following commercial offers.
  • Actively contribute to meet the sales targets.
  • Project Management in collaboration with the Contract & Logistics Department team.
  • Represent company on site during the execution of major projects.
  • Represent RENTALOAD at customer events and trade fairs in concerned zones.
  • Ensure regular reporting on the portfolio of ongoing projects, customers visited, sales and marketing actions.
  • Be capable of projecting a medium-term strategic vision for its scope of action.

Your profile:

  • Having Sales or/and Engineer background

  • Experience in renting company or/and Data Center Industry would be appreciated but not mandatory.
  • Electrical knowledge or training would be a plus.
  • Fluent in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and English. Finnish is a plus.
  • Team working ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creative, innovative thinking, pro-active attitude.
  • Adaptable and rigorous.
  • Be a hunter and breeder (customer acquisition and loyalty).
  • Results-oriented and growth-driven.
  • Rigorous and well organised.
  • Be open-minded (adopt the customer’s point of view).
