Privacy and Cookies Policy

This privacy policy defines and informs you of how Rentaload, as data controller, uses and protects the information you transmit when you use the newrentaload.kinsta.cloud site (hereinafter “the Site”).

This Privacy Policy may be amended or supplemented at any time by Rentaload. The date of its update will then be expressly specified. These modifications are binding on you as soon as they are put online and we advise you to consult them regularly.

By using the Site, you expressly consent to our privacy policy, of which you declare that you have read it perfectly.

1. Information collected

Rentaload collects personal information about you when you request a quote or use our contact forms. The information collected is your surname, first name, e-mail address and telephone number.
Finally, we automatically receive and record information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, when you visit the Site.

2. Purposes of collecting information

All the information we collect from you is used to:

• Contact you by e-mail or telephone, in particular in the context of the management of your orders or send you important information concerning the Site, such as for example the modification of our conditions and policies,
• Inform you about products, programs, services and promotions likely to interest you, subject to your prior authorization,
• Improve the performance of our Site,
• Personalise your experience on the Site and meet your individual needs

This processing is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations and is based on our legitimate interest in improving our services and understanding the expectations of users of the Site.

3. Shelf life
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This automatically recognises and approves subsequent comments instead of leaving them in the moderation queue. If you leave a comment on our site, you will be offered to save your name, e-mail address and website in cookies. This is only for your comfort so that you don’t have to enter this information if you leave another comment later. These cookies expire after one year.

If you go to the login page, a temporary cookie will be created to determine if your browser accepts cookies. It does not contain personal data and will be deleted automatically when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will set a number of cookies to save your login details and screen preferences. The lifetime of a connection cookie is two days, that of a screen option cookie is one year. If you check “Remember me”, your login cookie will be kept for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookie will be erased.

By editing or publishing a post, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not include any personal data. It just shows the ID of the post you just edited. It expires after one day.

For users who register on our site (if possible), we also store the personal data indicated in their profile. All users can see, modify or delete their personal information at any time (except for their username·ice). Site managers can also view and edit this information.

Rentaload only retains personal data for the time necessary for the operations for which it was collected.
Specifically :
• Information stored in users’ terminals (cookies) or any other element used to identify users and allow user traceability are kept for twelve months.
• Prospect data, ie people who have created an account on the Site without making a purchase, are kept for a period of two years from their collection or the prospect’s last connection to the Site. They can decide at any time to delete or modify their data if they wish by contacting Rentaload directly.

4. Confidentiality

Rentaload is the sole owner of the information collected on the Site. Your personal information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to another company for commercial purposes, without your consent.

This data may, however, be entrusted to subcontractors for the proper execution of orders placed or to third parties responsible for the management and/or operation of the Site, who are in no way authorized to use them for purposes other than strictly scope of their mission or to sell, exchange or transfer your data to third parties.

Your data may also be shared with third parties, only within the authorised limits (a) under applicable laws, (b) to comply with legal process, (c) to respond to requests from government and public authorities even when these are located outside your country of residence, (d) to ensure compliance with our terms and conditions of sale and use, (e) to protect our rights and interests and those of other persons or users of the Site.

Your non-nominative data, ie data that does not allow your identification, may possibly be provided to third parties for the purposes of statistics, marketing or advertising. Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Content embedded from other sites behaves the same as if the visitor were to that other site. These websites could collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking tools, track your interactions with this embedded content if you have an account connected to their website.
