The meaning of partnership in times of crisis…
“Reading our base line “You are not alone, we are Rentaload” I found myself thinking about the meaning of it…
In an unprecedented environment, where we are all focused on reducing our respective activities and expenses, I have done the same within our own organization. But maybe now is also the time to look up and think about the partnerships we have built over the past few years and what it means to “have a partner” in times of crisis?
After a few phone calls and videoconferences, I felt a new lease of life that I am happy to share with you.
In fact, among all the ideas exchanged, we have retained the following major ideas:
- Co-invest with H&N ENERGIEN/Frankfurt – Rolf Neumann – in a new fleet of load banks to offer even broader services to Data Centers. Share the investment costs and optimize the low-rate loans offered on both sides of the Franco-German border,
- Explore with EKKOSENSE/UK – Dean Boyle – new ways to develop more communication between our SMART connected load banks and the EkkoSoft platform and thus improve the monitoring of our customers during their projects
- Share best practices with DATECENTER GRUPPEN/Denmark – Arnth Nielsen – to be able to operate under optimum health and safety conditions at all sites in Northern Europe
- Accelerate with CONNECTIUM/UK – Octavian Chis – the online health and safety distance training for our teams
- Cross-exchange feedback on level 4 and 5 commissioning missions carried out over the past few months with DEERNS/Europe – Rodolphe Huard – and KAF Consulting/France – Adam Koussay
From all these discussions finally emerged the idea of creating a web group with all the partners of RENTALOAD in order to continue to share ideas and positive energy in these times of great turbulence.
Because RENTALOAD and its partners are committed to their teams and their customers to help them overcome this crisis, it seems obvious now that we will have to change our base line to “We are not alone, you are Rentaload”.
We will support them as much as they support us with the wish to extend our partnerships to newcomers.
So yes, real and solid partnerships mean something even bigger and stronger in these trying times.”
