7 MW of 21 KW SMART unit heater load banks

Rentaload currently offers 7 MW of 21 kW SMART unit heater load banks for rental.

• Why “SMART”?

Because they have a so-called “connected” function.

You can therefore combine up to 240 21 kW load banks at the same time. Thanks to their supervision software, you can control them remotely while giving them precise instructions. You will be able to manage a whole fleet of load banks remotely!

You will even collect extremely precise data during the tests thanks to their connected function which allows live recording of data from the IT room (P/U/I/Delta T).

The connected function of our load banks has two main advantages:

• Time savings during the performance of your tests on site (up to 20% time saved according to our customers) thanks in particular to remote control and directives sent from the supervision PC;
• Added value brought to your tests thanks in particular to the data collected.

The new generation of 21kW load banks also offer an improved delta T , as low as 35K, to allow better heat distribution in the data room to efficiently replicate hot and cold aisles.

CHARACTERISTICS :

• Integrated ATS to switch between channel A and channel B, without having to disconnect and reconnect the cables;
• Execution and management of load banks remotely up to 240 banks simultaneously;
• Software management. Simplification and reduction of test duration;
• Data recording thanks to the connected function;
• Better ∆ T° (low delta T°: 35 K at full power);
• Higher cut-out temperature ;
• A smaller resolution : 1 kW;
• Units on wheels on the ground to facilitate handling (rather light, narrow load bench, with handles and therefore easily maneuverable within your IT room);
• Double power supply to test 2 busbars (single-phase or three-phase).

A PERFECT SOLUTION FOR DATA CENTER TESTS

This is a intermediate solution between rackable load banks and those with high powers of 100/200/300 kW Low Delta T. It is a perfect solution when your racks are not yet in place, but you still want to have a good distribution heat load in your computer room.

In addition, this equipment is perfectly designed to make your life easier (small wheels, leather handles, rather light weight). You can therefore easily move it and pass it through doors, stairs or ramps.

As you will have understood, it is an extremely handy and practical product!

21 KW LOAD BANK CONNECTION

For their connections, don’t worry, we have what it takes. Know that Rentaload adapts to all the electrical configurations of the rooms offered. We therefore provide single-phase or three-phase cables of different lengths as well as 210 KW distribution cabinets.

These cabinets allow you to connect 10 load banks 21 kW – 32A/400V.
