We are the trusted partner of general contractors, M&E contractors, specifiers, panels builders…, to guarantee to our end-users’ customers (Colocation, Hyperscalers, IT departments…) the success of the commissioning of their datacenters’ projects. We rent high quality products with a huge set off additional services (connected products, data reporting, commissioning support, installation/deinstallation…).

The company headquarter is in France however Rentaload has as well its own subsidiaries in Germany and UK, and several partnerships across all Europe. Last year the company opened a new subsidiary in USA.

Job summary

As Sales Manager, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You establish a personal, trusting relationship with them and maintain a close working relationship. You will work independently and as part of a team to develop technical solutions and clarify commercial issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop business by proactively seeking out and acquiring new customers and supporting existing regular customers
  • Preparation and negotiation of customized offers and product presentations
  • Market and competitor monitoring and preparation of sales forecasts
  • Develop customer-specific strategies and measures to expand the customer portfolio
  • Close collaboration and coordination with internal specialist departments (subcontracting and technology)
  • Participation and presentation of the company at trade fairs and events

Your profile:

  • You have completed a technical/commercial vocational training course or have a comparable qualification or related experience.
  • At least 3 years’ professional experience in technical sales, preferably in the data center industry or in the field of secure power systems
  • Strong communication skills, confident appearance and negotiation skills
  • Strong service and customer orientation in relations with business customers
  • Conceptual and analytical skills, goal-oriented working method
  • Reliability, sense of responsibility, ability to work as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel and Class B driver’s license
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and business English
