Rentaload offers its European customers a wide range of SMART load banks from 0.5 kW to several MW as well as SMART solutions.

Among these load banks:

6kW and 7kW SMART rack load banks that act as real server simulators
– Dual power supply: 100% track A and 100% track B or 50/50% track A and B
– Integrated TTY
– Delta T variable and selectable between 10 and 26°C

21 kW SMART Portable Load Banks
– Integrated TTY
– Better ∆ T° (low delta T: 35 K at full power)
– Dual power supply to test 2 busbars in single phase or three phase configuration

Load banks 100/200/300/650 kW SMART & Low Delta T
– Lowest Delta T available on the market
– Easy connection thanks to Powerlocks
– Vertical airflow deflector available as an accessory
– Compact dimensions [width: 77 cm] with small wheels for easy handling

> How are they “SMART”?

All these load banks can be controlled remotely by a computer via the Rentaload supervision software .

They can all be “interconnected” to each other, meaning you can drive and manage an entire fleet of 100/200/300/650 kW Low Delta T load banks – ultimately enabling you to form high power “blocks”.

This supervision software can control up to 200 load banks at the same time in order to carry out tests in a precise and coordinated manner.

It also allows to:
– Schedule tests up to 72 hours
– Perform real-time plots of monitoring curves
– Collect thermal and electrical data for the final commissioning report (Data logger)

Many of our customers have already started using this SMART equipment and solutions in the “Test & Commissioning” phase of their data center in order to optimize their tests.
Indeed, these solutions allow them to:
-Reduce the number of people on site
-Reduce the duration of tests (by 20 to 30%)
-Collect accurate real-time measurements of electrical and thermal data (voltage, current, power, power, temperature, etc.)
-Perform very precise and coordinated tests (programming of tests, programming of the level of charge, choice of delta T, automatic recording, collection of P/U/I/… information and distribution of test reports)
-Visualize the datacenter in 3D and navigate the infrastructure
-Optimize data center performance and limit potential risks
